With over 15 years of clinical experience, Keiren provides a calm, warm and supportive space for children, adolescents, adults and families to achieve long lasting and transformative change

Keiren has worked at various well regarded treatment centres across Sydney and Auckland including Westmead Hospital, the Sydney Children’s Hospital and The Regional Eating Disorders Clinic (Auckland).

Keiren is confident in working with a wide range of presenting difficulties including but not limited to; Anxiety, Depression, Eating Disorders, Child developmental and behavioural disorders (Aspergers, Autism, ADHD, Tic disorders, conduct), Relationship issues (adult and parent – child), trauma (PTSD and complex trauma) as well as general distress that arises from life transitions and changes (career change, bullying, work or school stress).

When treating children, adolescents, couples and families, Keiren works from a family therapy perspective and utilises mindfulness based strategies and behaviour management principles. For young children she may also use parent child interaction therapy as well as play therapy. With adults, Keiren is trained in and favours Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). For Eating disorders she is trained in and favours Family Based Treatment (FBT). Ultimately however the choice of treatment will be arrived at collaboratively with each client.

The main focus of Keiren’s practice is in achieving observable long lasting change. Hence, there is a strong focus on goal setting, skills development and between session practices with regular checking in regarding progress.

After more than 10 years of working with Mindright at Bondi Junction, Keiren has recently moved out of Sydney and will consult via Telehealth to Mindright clients.
